Lexi Hill is currently a Customer Service Representative for First United in Denton. She began her career in banking during her first year of college and quickly fell in love with the banking industry. She enjoys building long lasting relationships with her customers and their families by helping them achieve financial happiness. Lexi is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business management with concentrations in marketing and sociology from the University of North Texas. Lexi is a Sigma Kappa alumni and has volunteered countless hours to help better her sorority and community. She has always been passionate about volunteering and helping others. Lexi and her mother, Lyn Hill, are extremely honored to serve side by side as board members for the Little Elm Chamber. Lexi currently resides in Little Elm with her dog, Nelli.
Russell VanHoose| VanAnder Events
Mr. Russell VanHoose served the students and teachers of Little Elm ISD for over 12 years after moving to the area from Irving in 2004. He is the owner of VanAnder Events, a wedding and event planning company.
Mr. VanHoose received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. His graduate work includes a Master of Education Administration from Lamar University, M.Div. studies at Asbury Theological Seminary, and Superintendent Certificate studies from the University of Texas Permian Basin. Mr. VanHoose is fond of local history and is excited to contribute to the community he has come to love through service to the Chamber of Commerce.
Jason Laumer| Town of Little Elm
Jason graduated in 2000, from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He and his wife Christina bought a house in Little Elm in 2002. This move afforded him the ability to work as a consultant for the Town of Little Elm. With several years’ experience and a close knit relationship with the town, Jason was a perfect fit to become the Director of Development Services and Town Engineer for the Town of Little Elm, and he accepted the position in 2007. He is currently overseeing the rapid growth of Little Elm and as you drive through the town, you will see evidence of Jason’s passion to make Little Elm one of the most recognized and sought-after towns in North Texas. He has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1998 and has two daughters, Madison (7), and Megan (4).
Robin Travis| Vice Chairman
Robin Lewis is currently the Relationship Banker II for BB&T (Branch Banking and Trust) in Little Elm. She began her banking career seven years ago and enjoys working with small business and personal clients to achieve their economic success and financial security. Robin has a Bachelor of Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas. Robin is a native Texan and now resides in Little Elm with her husband, Cole, and their three animals. Robin is honored and eager to begin her role serving as a new Little Elm Chamber board member in January 2013.
Luis Rios| Little Elm Air Conditioning & Heating
Luis Rios is an Air Conditioning and Heating contractor based in Little Elm Texas. He’s able to brave even the worst summer heat wave to make sure you; your family, and your work place are comfortable sanctuaries from the weather.
While working as a technician for larger air conditioning companies, he witnessed the larger companies trying to sell customers unneeded products. Fed up with this happening at every corporation he worked for, Luis started his own company founded on the principles of quality, decency, and professionalism.
Luis has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas. As a licensed contractor, he is required to update his knowledge every year with continuing education classes. His dedication to his profession has driven him to expand his skills by taking advanced training in Heat Pumps, Wi–Fi Thermostats, and Efficiency Standards. He’s also certified by: NATE, Nest, and Bryant FAD (Factory Authorized Dealer) Healthy Air Specialist. In his down time, Luis loves spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. He and his wife, Erica, are very active in the community by volunteering for different organizations.
Lori Krouskos, AVP Branch Manager| Point Bank, Little Elm
Lori is a native Texan and has lived in the Denton County area since 1972.Dave &Lori live in South Carrollton with their dogs Diego and Rascal. She has one daughter Chassity, her and her husband Harold have four beautiful children and are currently living in Odessa. Lori has 25+ years’ experience in Sales Leadership and Business Development as well as 12+ years’ experience volunteering, leading and working in various roles for Non-Profit organizations. Lori has a passion for working with small businesses while making a difference in the community. Lori is honored and thrilled to be serving as a Board Member for the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce.
Javier Garcia, Associate Agent| Mike Thompson Insurance Agency
Javier Garcia is an Associate Agent for Mike Thompson Insurance Agency in Aubrey, Texas.He was a top selling agent for Commercial Accounts last year and always makes sure that customer service is top priority in retaining existing customers and earning new ones.He has lived in the area for over 12 years and is an active volunteer in his community.He has worked with the Denton Mobile Food Pantry and for years helped his two daughters collect supplies for the Denton Animal Shelter. A former Restaurant Manager who walked away from the grueling hours to be able to spend more time with his wife of 15 years, Melissa and daughters Jianna and Jiselle. Javier has always made family his priority, even accompanying his oldest daughter Jianna to Hollywood, California when she was selected to compete on MasterChef Junior in 2014. When he is not being the loudest “Cheer Dad” at his youngest daughter’s cheer competitions he can be found enjoying football, cooking and supporting local businesses.

Jennifer was named Executive Director of the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce in December of 2011. She directs the Chamber in member promotion and support and leads the organization in setting goals to further the healthy quality of life and business climate in Little Elm and surrounding cities. Prior to service with the Chamber, Jennifer has over 10 years in Operations and Sales Management experience with leading Fortune 500 companies. Her area of expertise has been in Business Finance, Commercial & Residential Mortgages, 403b & 401k Personal Finance and outsource management. Jennifer and her husband Efren live in Providence Village Texas with their four daughters
