Erin Mudie | Chairmanerin
Erin Mudie is self-employed as an Outsource Marketer and Copywriter and works with several Little Elm and North Texas businesses to manage their marketing and media needs. Erin has served as Treasurer on the Chamber Board for 2 years.
Erin has lived in Little Elm for thirteen years and is a committed volunteer to the Town and the North Texas Community. Erin is a member of the Frisco Sunrise Rotary Club, a board member for the Ryan Project of Little Elm, the Local Organization of Community Associations in Little Elm, and the Villages of Woodlake HOA.

 Lexi Hill|Director                                                             

Lexi Hill is an SBA Lending Assistant for Gulf Coast SBA Lending in Dallas. She began her career in banking during her first year of college and quickly fell in love with the banking industry.  She enjoys helping entrepreneurs obtain small business financing to facilitate their goals and dreams. She takes pride in being a part of the SBA community because it is the fundamental base for small communities like Little Elm. 

Lexi received her Bachelor of Applied Art and Science with concentrations in Business, Marketing, Sociology, and Health from the University of North Texas. Lexi is a Sigma Kappa alumnae and has volunteered countless hours to help better her sorority and community. She has always been passionate about volunteering and helping others. Lexi and her mother, Lyn Hill, are extremely honored to serve side by side as board members for the Little Elm Chamber. Lexi currently resides in Little Elm with her dog, Nelli.

Real Estate Sales Professional
Educating and caring for those looking to buy and/or sell real estate comes naturally to Lyn; and she does so with expertise. Although born and raised in a small town in West Texas, Lyn has lived in various locations and experienced many real estate markets. One thing always remained the same whether buying or selling, real estate is a complex process.  With that exposure comes a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in this community. With Lyn, clients are afforded a knowledgeable professional, not only in the buying and selling of their home, but someone who marries their expertise with knowledge of the local community, excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Her goal is to make the buying and/or selling process for her clients a seamless, enjoyable and effortless experience. Lyn has been involved in many Volunteer and non- profit organizations. Lyn and her daughter, Lexi Hill, are honored to serve on the Chamber Board.



Russell VanHoose| VanAnder Events

Mr. Russell VanHoose served the students and teachers of Little Elm ISD for over 12 years after moving to the area from Irving in 2004. He is the owner of VanAnder Events, a wedding and event planning company.

Mr. VanHoose received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.  His graduate work includes a Master of Education Administration from Lamar University, M.Div. studies at Asbury Theological Seminary, and Superintendent Certificate studies from the University of Texas Permian Basin. Mr. VanHoose is fond of local history and is excited to contribute to the community he has come to love through service to the Chamber of Commerce.

Robin  Travis| Vice Chairman

Robin Travis currently works as the Certified Branch Banker IV for BB&T Bank in Little Elm, Texas. Robin is a native Texan and has resided in the area with her husband, Cole, since 2011. She began her banking career over ten years ago and enjoys working with small businesses and personal clients to achieve their economic success and financial security. She wears many hats with BB&T, but she is especially passionate about helping her clients with their lending needs.

Robin also spends a lot of time helping run and grow her husband’s landscape business Arrowbrooke Landscapes (formerly Frisco Exteriors).

Robin has a Bachelors of Psychology degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. In her spare time, Robin loves spending time with family and friends. She loves being outdoors and getting out in nature. Robin is also a huge advocate for animal welfare. 

She currently lives in Arrowbrooke with her husband and four rescue animals. She began serving on the Little Elm Chamber Board in January of 2013, has served as Treasurer and is honored to now serve as the Vice Chairwoman

Luis Rios| Little Elm Air Conditioning & Heatingluis

Luis Rios is an Air Conditioning and Heating contractor based in Little Elm Texas. He’s able to brave even the worst summer heat wave to make sure you; your family, and your work place are comfortable sanctuaries from the weather. 

While working as a technician for larger air conditioning companies, he witnessed the larger companies trying to sell customers unneeded products. Fed up with this happening at every corporation he worked for, Luis started his own company founded on the principles of quality, decency, and professionalism.

Luis has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas. As a licensed contractor, he is required to update his knowledge every year with continuing education classes. His dedication to his profession has driven him to expand his skills by taking advanced training in Heat Pumps, Wi–Fi Thermostats, and Efficiency Standards. He’s also certified by: NATE, Nest, and Bryant FAD (Factory Authorized Dealer) Healthy Air Specialist. Whatever your problem is, whether its new or old technology, Luis has the perfect solution for you.

In his down time, Luis loves spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. He and his wife, Erica, are very active in the community by volunteering for different organizations.

Javier Garcia, Treasurer                                                     

Javier Garcia is an Associate Agent for Mike Thompson Insurance Agency in Aubrey, Texas.He was a top selling agent for Commercial Accounts last year and always makes sure that customer service is top priority in retaining existing customers and earning new ones.He has lived in the area for over 12 years and is an active volunteer in his community.He has worked with the Denton Mobile Food Pantry and for years helped his two daughters collect supplies for the Denton Animal Shelter. A former Restaurant Manager who walked away from the grueling hours to be able to spend more time with his wife of 15 years, Melissa and daughters Jianna and Jiselle. Javier has always made family his priority, even accompanying his oldest daughter Jianna to Hollywood, California when she was selected to compete on MasterChef Junior in 2014. When he is not being the loudest “Cheer Dad” at his youngest daughter’s cheer competitions he can be found enjoying football, cooking and supporting local businesses.

Brad Anderson is the Broker/owner of RE/MAX Lakefront, Little Elm’s only full service real estate brokerage. Brad’s rapidly growing office serves the needs of those looking to buy, sell, lease, or invest in residential and commercial real estate and is quickly becoming the hyper-local experts in Little Elm for all things related to real estate.

Cozy Reich, Administrative Assistant                             

Cozy Reich is the administrative assistant for the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce. She was brought on board in November 2017. Cozy has been a stay at home mom for the past 12 years, with prior experience in customer service for Home Depot for 6 years. Her family owned multiple cafe’s growing up and she became highly involved in the restaurant and hospitality business as well.  She has spent much of her last 12 years volunteering her time with her church as a worship leader, and also with local PTA’s and Booster Clubs for her children’s school. She has 4 children and has been married to her best friend Anthony for 18 years. Cozy and her family relocated to Texas from California in 2006 and loves being a part of the Little Elm community. She resides near Hidden Cove Marina and loves spending her spare time with her family out on the lake on their boat. She also loves music and shares that passion with her children.  

Jennifer Olvera, President & CEO                  

Jennifer was named Executive Director of the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce in December of 2011. She directs the Chamber in member promotion and support and leads the organization in setting goals to further the healthy quality of life and business climate in Little Elm and surrounding cities. Prior to service with the Chamber, Jennifer has over 10 years in Operations and Sales Management experience with leading Fortune 500 companies. Her area of expertise has been in Business Finance, Commercial & Residential Mortgages, 403b & 401k Personal Finance and outsource management. Jennifer and her husband Efren live in Providence Village Texas with their four daughters
