What is the name of your business and what do you do?
Titan Shape inspires women to find their strength – in their bodies and their minds. We believe that wellness is a full-body pursuit. Tania Nawazkhan founded Titan Shape in 2020, on the sidewalk with whoever cared to join her. Now she has 100+ members training under her in person, and active in her online Facebook group.
What is your favorite Chamber networking event and why?
My favorite Chamber networking events are LENKS and the Ladies Luncheon.
LENKS is my favorite because it’s all about connections. You get to build real relationships with people in the room and make new contacts that turn into referrals, partnerships, and friendships. Every table you sit at, you meet someone new and learn what they do – it’s a very genuine, warm networking environment.
And the Ladies Luncheon is special in a different way because it’s a room filled with women in business supporting one another. The energy is inspiring, the conversation feels safe and encouraging, and it’s nice to be surrounded by other women who are building successful businesses in our community. It always leaves you feeling empowered and motivated.

How does your business support the community?
Titan Shape supports the community by promoting better overall health and wellness, helping individuals feel their best both physically and mentally. When people take care of their health, they have more energy, focus, and confidence — allowing them to show up stronger for their families, workplaces, and the community as a whole.
What are some of the services you offer?
Titan Shape focuses on empowering women through strength training, nutrition coaching, and mindset coaching. Each program is designed to help women build confidence, improve their physical strength, and develop healthy, sustainable habits that support both their bodies and minds.
